A process towards roadway access for the Digby Tower complex that got underway in 2022, will come back to the City Council later this month.
The item added to the January calendar, with the City providing for a final notice of sorts for those that may wish to comment.

In a public notice posted to the City Website, City Staff provides the details of the Road Dedication Bylaw, along with a reminder that I you believe you may be affected by the Road Dedication plan, that you can submit comments in writing.
Towards that engagement, Inquiries as well as comments concerning the proposed road dedication should be addressed to Rosamaria Miller, Corporate Administrator, at City Hall, 424 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert BC, V8J 1L7
You can also forward any comments or inquiries via email to rosamaria.miller@princerupert.ca no later than 4:00 pm, Monday, January 20th, 2023.
The proposal Road Dedication Bylaw and sale of the land in question was introduced at Council last July.
The topic will come up for review of Council members at their January 23rd Council session.
So far, there has been no indication from the firm that has been renovating the high rise residential space on the east side towards when the units will be ready for occupancy.
Prince Rupert City Council return to the Council Chamber on Monday, which marks their first public Council session for 2023.
