Skeena MLA Ellis Ross will be a panelist tonight on an energy related streamcast program |
Ellis Ross the BC Liberal MLA for Skeena is set to participate in a stream-cast conversation on the future of energy in the province.
The session is part of an ongoing series call Conversations Live, hosted by Stuart McNish.
The program tonight is looking to focus on oil and gas, LNG, Site C and a range of other energy options and to look at how each is being received or rejected by British Columbians and in some cases from those far beyond the provincial border.
Mr. Ross joins a panel of industrial leaders and an SFU Professor as part of the collective tonight, some background on them all is available here.
Energy has been one of his dominant themes Mr. Ross, both as Chief Councillor with the Haisla Nation and now as a member of the Legislature.
His current role with the BC Liberal opposition is as Opposition Shadow Minister for Energy and LNG, a role in the House which often finds him raising issues in the Legislature both in committee, House proceedings, as well as during Question Period.
He often shares some of his observations and raises concerns and questions on how the NDP government is handling the energy and resource sector through his social media stream.
