Gitga'at First Nation to host Prince Rupert meeting on Reconciliation Agreement negotiations

The Gitga'at First Nation building on Third West is the
venue for upcoming meeting for Nation members 


Members of the Gitga'at First Nation who live in the Prince Rupert area can get up to speed on the negotiations towards a Reconciliation agreement with the Province and Federal Government next week.

The First Nation will be hosting a session at the Gitga'at Development Corporation offices next Tuesday, January 17th to outline how the negotiations which just recently got underway will work, as well as to hear the ideas and priorities of their membership in the region. 

The event which will start at 6 PM on Tuesday evening requires an RSVP and members can do that by contacting ericanderson@gitgaat.com
