City's First RFP for 2023 heads to the motor pool

The City of Prince Rupert will make the purchase of a new work vehicle its first Request for Proposals for 2023, with the City posting the details of their quest to the BC Bid website on Wednesday.

In their Bid request, the City notes that it is looking for proponents to submit proposals to supply one (1) new 1 ton or greater size truck,  4x4 extended with crew cab, dump box and front plow mount.

The deadline for those interested in supplying the city with their work vehicle requirement is set for January 27th.
