With the focal event for the June 9th Afternoon Tea the presentation of the plaques for the newest members of Prince Rupert's 75/50 Club, that in recognition of their contribution to the community.
With the Big Day fast approaching, the City has issued its annual call for new Members, looking for the next list of inductees for 2023.
Qualifications for membership in the 75/50 Club include:
Being at least 75 years of age and having lived in Prince Rupert for 50 years or more.

City staff ask that you provide your name, address and contact information.
The deadline for inductees into the class of 2023 is set for May 29th, to allow for the preparation of plaques for this years event.
Sponsored by the City of Prince Rupert and District of Port Edward, the Seniors Tea and induction event is hosted by Prince Rupert Special Events and takes place from 1:30 to 3:30 PM on Friday June 9th at the Highliner Inn Plaza Hotel.
Admission is 5.00 dollar, members of the 75/50 club get in for free!
