With a road trip to UBCM from September and the Thanksgiving Weekend in the rear view mirror, Prince Rupert city Council will return to their Regular Scheduled Session Schedule this evening, heralding the final quarter of their work for 2023.
Tonight's Agenda features a range of reports and correspondences, a with a significant part of the content related to Housing and civic plans to improve on the stock of affordable housing. The latest concepts for a new civic flag, a contract to refit the Airport Ferry and the progress for the plans for a Situation table on policing and social issues also make for some of the night's work
The evening also features an opportunity in the early going of the session for the public to comment on items listed on the Agenda.
Monday's Regular Council session starts at 7 PM and can be viewed by way of the Live Feed from the City Website.
The session is normally posted to the City's YouTube archive within 24 hours of the session concluding.
