Making use of internationally educated heath care workers has become a frequently cited option for Health Authorities across BC that are facing staffing challenges.

As part of that session, the challenges in recruiting and retaining staff in the region made for a significant part of the discussion.

Northern Health hosts a Social Media page related to Prince Rupert and North Coast themes which you can review here.
