If a career change, mixed with an opportunity to be more active is on your New Year's resolution list, the City of Prince Rupert may have something of interest for you.
With their Financial Plan approved earlier this month, the City is making quick work towards one of the jobs that was created by the passing of the Budget for 2024.
That by way of a Job Posting for a Recreation Director now available on the City website.
The Budget approval of December, will be providing for the funding for the post, along with some other staffing replacement and new additions as was outlined in the November 6th Budget presentation.
Towards the Recreation Director Job Posting, the city has posted a salary range of $118,000 to $150,000 for the successful applicant. The post is exempt from the union.
