A chance to help chart the course ahead for the Prince Rupert Library is available now through open Board positions |
They may be celebrating 100 years of service at the moment down at the House of Reading on Sixth Avenue West, but they're also keeping an eye on the plans for the future and to get in on some of that, you can take advantage of a Volunteer opportunity now available with the Prince Rupert Library Board.
The City of Prince Rupert has put out the Volunteers Wanted notices for the public with an opportunity to apply for Open Board positions with a letter of your interest to be submitted to the city by next Friday.
As part of your application, you are asked to include a written description of your skills and any experiences that are relevant to the position.

The Prince Rupert Library Board is made up of eight residents of the city who are appointed by the Mayor and Council, included in the make up is a representative from City Council as well.
