The start of the 2023 fall semester has once again seen a large number of International students make Coast Mountain College their destination, with many of them taking courses at the Prince Rupert campus.
They join the recent graduates from Charles Hays Secondary or Pacific Coast School, along with other students from across the Northwest and Canada in taking they next step in post secondary education in Prince Rupert.
The Prince Rupert campus multi-purpose room is the venue for a community engagement session this month with CMTN officials |
Of note for residents of Prince Rupert, are the plans for later this month for a Strategic Planning Community Engagement Session set for the College's Multi Purpose room on September 20th from 10 AM to noon.
The session provides an opportunity for community members to give some of their thoughts towards the focus for the college in Prince Rupert and note for college officials on themes of course opportunities for the campus.
As well I provides opportunity for residents and local elected officials to share concerns when it comes to the need for student housing and other services that are currently available at the main Terrace location.
