“The Alder Avenue development promotes Council’s vision for Port Edward to be a growing and vibrant community. Housing development has been one of our major focus areas and the purchase and development of the Alder Avenue property was an important part of moving forward with our vision. This is the first new subdivision in Port Edward in over forty years,” -- Knut Bjorndal, Mayor, District of Port EdwardKevin Stunder the principal with Aurora Pacific has been busy in the Prince Rupert area with a number of housing plans underway, his firm is also the developer of a parcel of land on Drake Crescent, just off of Prince Rupert Boulevard, though not much more than early site prep has taken place at that location.
