The deadline for payment comes up at 4:30 this afternoon.
Though from the City's Social Media stream, it would appear that unless you're bringing in a wad of cash today to make payment, you may have already missed the payment deadline.
Last week, the City reposted its original notice of mid June on payment options, mainly noting that for those making use of electronic means of payment the deadline was actually that of June 27
The penalty for late payment is 10 percent which will be assessed as of the end of business today.
The city's Social media notice also provides a look at options for residents, including theopporthisy to sign up for pre-authorized payment to spread out the hit of tax collection over each month.

Residents of the District of Port Edward have a bit more time to prepare for tax time, the District does not set a payment due date until August 2nd.
