Skeena MLA Ellis Ross marks another passing for his family in Legislature address

This has been hard couple of weeks for the family of Skeena MLA Ellis Ross, the MLA having recounted in late April of the passing of his wife Tracey's father, and this week Mr. Ross was sharing the sad news of the passing of Mrs. Lillian Henry.

The Matriarch of her family, Mrs. Henry was just shy of her 100th birthday upon her passing in the early morning hours on Monday in Kitimat, with Mr. Ross delivering a moving farewell in his presentation to the legislature.

As it was with the word of the passing of Mr. Henry, Monday's news has seen a number of Northwest residents share their condolences with the family through the social media post.

More notes on the work of the three Northwest MLA's at the Legislature can be reviewed from our archive page here.
