The path of consultation towards a rezoning application for a property on Fraser Street will culminate with a Public Hearing on May 30th, with the subject that of the request for the zoning change to allow for the introduction of a small scale distillery.
As we outlined last week, Prince Rupert City Council had their first opportunity to address the re-zoning proposal as part of the work at their May 9th Gathering at City Hall.
At the time, the Council members that spoke to the topic, made note of the public notification period that is now underway as the Port City Spirit proponents share their vision for their project with their neighbours.
