Council set to provide fourth and final reading to Adjudication Bylaw plans

The last steps towards a new approach towards bylaw enforcement is set for approval tonight, with City Council members to provide for fourth and final reading of Bylaw 3497, 2023.

Council last discussed the bylaw provisions at their March 6th session after receiving a report that outlined how the adjudication process would work towards bylaw tickets that have been issued.

You can review that report and the discussion related to it from our notes of the March 6th session.

If residents have any questions or comments on the proposed bylaw, they can make use of the public discussion period of the Consent Agenda portion of the Council session tonight to bring them to the attention of the council membership.

For more items of interest for this evening's Council session see our Preview here.
