With discussion at an end for City of Prince Rupert Council members when it comes to the topic of the Digby Towers, the official notice of a proposed property disposition has now been released.
The advisory making for a proposed exchange of land adjacent to the building overlooking McClymont Park and the Civic Centre area.
Issued today, the advisory notes that:
"The purpose of the land exchange is for access improvements to both Digby Towers and the through connection to Sherbrooke Avenue."

The deadline to submit your correspondence is March 31st, 2023.
Still to come towards a much anticipated opening for the extensively renovated residential tower will be the recent work towards parking issues.
Those to be resolved through a road closure on Prince Rupert Boulevard between the building and the nearby by Parkside Motor Hotel, that to allow for parking for the residential structure.
The parking situation is seemingly the last obstacle towards residential occupancy and perhaps the unveiling for Prince Rupert residents as to what the price point may be for the units in the renovated building.
