Water Quality Advisory remains in place for Port Edward residents

A Water advisory remains in place for residents of Port Edward

A weekend of heavy rain in the region has resulted in the District of Port Edward continuing on with a Water Advisory for District residents, a situation that has been in place for much of the last thirty days.

As we outlined on the blog in July, the District first made note of some discoloured water following some maintenance work on the city's water facility, an advisory that was extended on August 5th.

As they did previous, the most recent advisory notes that there is no health concern from the discoloured water, with the District providing a link to the Northern Health Water reports website page.

Notes on the Water situation and other themes can be reviewed from the District Facebook page.

More items of interest from the District can be explored here.
