Replacement of aging mechanical equipment at City Hall is moving forward |
An upgrade towards the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system at City Hall is in motion with the City posting its call for Bids to the BC Bid website last week.
Phase one of the Project looks to replace a number of components for the existing system, with the BC Bid Prospect featuring a look at what the successful bidder will be dealing with as far as delivering on the upgrades to what's currently in place.

The documentation provides additional background for those putting in their bids, the Deadline to submit bids in July 21at 2PM
The city is hosting a mandatory walk through for the project on July 6th.
A substantial amount of the work is to be completed by December 31st, with total completion to be attained by January 31st of 2024.

The City Hall project was one of a number of Capital Projects outlined as part of this years Budget process in March.
