The Flood Watch of Sunday has been downgraded to a High Stream Advisory for many areas of the North Coast |
With the Atmospheric River having moved inland and not delivering as hard a punch as first anticipated, the River Forecast Centre has issued a downgrade to their weekend warnings.
Posting an advisory at 3PM of High Stream Advisory for the North Coast and areas around Prince Rupert, Kitimat, Hartley Bay, Kemano and areas in the their vicinity.

The extreme weather forecast of the weekend is behind us, but more rain is on the way set to begin overnight and continue through the week ahead, though in lesser volumes than the last 48 hours or so.
