The province of British Columbia will be taking note of your summer time driving and transportation experiences, with the Ministry of Transportation launching a Customer Satisfaction Survey to gain feedback on a range of infrastructure and services across the province.
The Survey, which is an annual compilation is now in its 16th year and is open for comments until September 3rd.
The provincial initiative is available online and for those who may be travelling this summer you may come across Ministry staff seeking your opinion at a number of rest stops and public places along the province's highways.
The main focus for the survey will be to ask British Columbians to share what they think about the services of the ministry, including highway operations, rehabilitation and maintenance, transportation projects, DriveBC highway information, Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement.
Other elements to be explore include social media, licensing of taxis, buses and limousines, the hosting of community events and other transportation related themes, including how members of the public are treated by employees when they seek answers to questions or to access other information.
You can learn more about the project and take the online survey through this link.
