City of Prince Rupert hosts 'Pop Up City Hall' at ANBT

City Hall staffers are taking their work to the All Native Tournament today, hosting a "Pop Up City Hall' through the afternoon in the foyer of the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre.

The information table offers a chance for residents of the city to learn more about some of the city's initiatives, as well as to sign up for the emergency notification system which was launched last year.

As well, those living in Prince Rupert can learn more about the newly introduced Rupert Talks program, which is the latest effort from the City to encourage engagement with citizens.

As we noted earlier this week, the program was launched on Tuesday, with a follow up of information cards delivered to homes by way of the mail this week.

The Pop Up City Hall event at the ANBT is the first of the year, with the city's communication department noting that more of the information sharing sessions are planed through the year.

You can learn more about today's event from the City of Prince Rupert website.
