Council will host a Feb 22nd Public Hearing for a proposed zoning change on the east side |
Aurora Resorts Incorporated of North Vancouver has a proposal in front of Council for a mixture of townhouses and apartments in the area in question, should the City wish to see those plans move forward a change in the current zoning of the land in that area will be required.
The City of Prince Rupert has scheduled a Public Hearing related to those zoning changes, set to take place prior to the February 22nd City Council meeting, with the opportunity for the public to outline their thoughts on the development starting at 7 PM.
Those that cannot attend the Public Hearing can submit their comments through a written submission to be delivered to the Deputy Corporate Administrator no later than noon on February 22nd.
