As part of the advisory, they note of the communicable disease plans that were in place at the Ts'oohl Ts'ap Memorial Centre for the event and how if followed correctly would have been very effective in preventing transmission.
As well they observe as to the procedures now in place through Northern Health, which is no longer requiring all contacts to self-isolate after a COVID-19 exposure.
Towards the exposure from last weekend, contacts are asked to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and STAY HOME if you feel unwell or develop symptoms. Please stay home as long as you have symptoms. If you do not have symptoms, you do not need to isolate.
