Some winter snow removal guidance from the City of Prince Rupert

As the collection of snow of the last week prepares to go into a deep freeze for the next few days, the City has reinforced its Snow Plowing strategy noting of their timeline for snow removal this afternoon.

In addition to the general snow advice, the City has also outlined its plan for snow removal this evening along the the Sixth Avenue Bridge which has been closed since 6PM, with signs and traffic control personnel in place.
