Some maintenance work on the District of Port Edward water facility has resulted in a temporary situation of discoloured water coming from the taps around the District.
A situation that Port Edward has made note of for residents through their Social media feed.
In the Notice for the public issued yesterday, Port Edward officials note that while the water may not be the same clear visual that residents are used to, it remains Safe to use.
District officials also note that the they expect the situation to last for the next 3 days before the water return to a more normal appearance.
The work that was done was considered required maintenance by the District.
