MLA's Week: November 18-21, 2019

MLA's returned from their Remembrance Day break, back to the Legislature grind for the final two weeks of their fall session.

It was a fairly light week for presentations to the Chamber from area MLA's with North Coast MLA Jennifer Rice speaking towards two themes for the week, while Skeena MLA Ellis Ross did not make for any discussions in the Legislature over the course of the four days of sessions.

As for the first week of work in the House for the fall, the four days unfolded as follows:

On the week, Ms Rice was listed three times in the accounts of the sessions of the Legislature from November 18-21

The first coming as part of tribute from the MLA for popular Prince Rupert photographer Phuong Nguyen.

The MLA also provided a synopsis of World Fisheries Day for the Chamber, as well as to introduce some Prince Rupert visitors from the North Coast ecotrust office to the gallery.
