The Metlakatla Lands Department and Lands Committee has scheduled four public information sessions for Members of the Metlakatla First Nation, with participants tasked to help provide further engagement on the Reserve Land Use plan currently being proposed for the community.
With the Committee having reached a pivotal moment in their planning for the Land Use proposals, they will be seeking ideas and opinions from community members at the four community forums which get underway next week.
The four opportunities to take part in the process include:
