Port Edward sets Public Hearing Date on Zoning Bylaw text changes related to proposed New Campground Bylaw

The District of Port Edward has set the date for a Public Hearing which will seek the comment and observations from residents that may be impacted by proposed text changes to the Zoning Bylaw in support a New Campground Bylaw under consideration of the Council.

The Hearing to take place on Tuesday, December 13th starting at 6 PM in the District Council Chambers at 770 Pacific Avenue.

The District has yet to provide details of the proposed changes to their website, but residents can access the a copy of the bylaw and relevant background information at the District Office, it will be available for inspection from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM starting tomorrow December 2nd until December 12th.

Residents who may be impacted by the  proposed changes can speak to the topic at the Public Hearing or submit a written correspondence to the topic.

The deadline for the correspondences towards the topic is December 12th.
