District of Port Edward launches online Housing Needs assessment process

The District of Port Edward is looking to learn more about what residents believe are the housing issues in the community and towards compiling information to that theme, they have recently opened up a consultation period towards a Housing Needs Assessment Study.

Residents of the District have been invited to participate in the online survey which is available from this link, for those that prefer to fill out the survey on paper, copies are available at the District of Port Edward Office.

Questions include basic information gathering on where residents currently live, as well as items focused on the accommodation and cost of where you live.

As for the focus on the future, the survey looks for feedback on what the pressing housing issues are in the District, as well as what areas the District's Council members should be putting the most attention towards.
