City residents looking for information on the change in how the Home Ownership Grant process works can rewind the video from Monday evening and a helpful instructional from the City's Chief Financial Officer Corinne Bomben.
The tutorial came as part of the City Council session, with the CFO taking residents through the steps of the program which is now administered by the Province of British Columbia.

Ms. Bomben also noted that an information sheet was included in the Tax Bill this year which outlines some of the City's Financial Notes for the season, as well as an address to the community from Mayor Lee Brain.
