The review of the City's spending from January to December of last year is included as part of the Statement of Financial Information report that City Council will receive at Monday's Council session, a requirement of fiscal transparency that must be disclosed before the end of June each year.
Eighty seven suppliers are listed from this years report to a total of just over 22 million dollars paid out from January to December of 2016.

This years numbers once again are topped by the city's contract for policing with the RCMP, with the largest payment to suppliers directed towards the Receiver General for Canada with $3,368,547 allocated towards policing costs.
A further $679,751 went to the Receiver General for the City portion of payroll.
The Municipal Pension Plan received $1,240,182, while Revenue Services of British Columbia claimed $213,402 of this years suppliers payments. Manulife Financial collected $666,194 from the City in 2016.
The Worker's Compensation Board as also in the six figure range, with $288,877 paid out through 2016.
Payments to BC Hydro totalled $695,565, while BC Transit received $687,552 from the City in 2016.
The City's legal work was handled by two firms in 2016, with Lawson Lundell LLP receiving $180,213 and the Valkyrie Law Firm collecting $204,513.
Those totals were significantly lower than 2015 when the City was billed over $800,000 dollars for their legal requirements.
Seventeen suppliers appear on the list having received $100,000 or more for services or products through the last year, they include:
