MLA's Week, May 9-12, 2016
Monday proved to be a fairly active day for North Coast MLA Jennifer Rice, featuring discussion on issues of health resources and adoption as the main focus for the MLA's contributions on the week.
Ms Rice was listed twice in the archive of participants for the ten sessions of the Legislature, or for those listings related to work as part of House Committees from May 9-12.
During the course of the House proceedings of the Monday morning session at the Legislature, Ms. Rice made note of a number of concerns related to the provincial government's efforts towards adoption issues in British Columbia.

A meeting was held on May 10th related to the area of Children and youth, with a Special Committee holding a session to Appoint a Representative for Children and Youth, however owing to confidentiality requirements, no information was released from that session.
Members of the Legislature return to work at the Legislature on Monday, May 16th.
