An August advisory from the province's Environmental Assessment Office, provides another benchmark for the proposed BG LNG project on Ridley Island, as Prince Rupert LNG filed its Environmental Certificate Application Information Requirements with the EAO.
The notice dated August 22nd, provides approval from the EAO for the documentation aspect of the project submission, moving the process a little further ahead on the path of review.
The document specifies the information that must be contained in the LNG proponent's application for an environmental certificate.
You can review the background on the announcement from this link to the full application item from the EAO website.
