The First is a quest for the services of a Customer Service Representative, the position requires the successful applicant to have the ability to work through stressful situations and work well in both a team environment and on their own when required.

The second position is that of Telecom Manager, Inside plant, a job posting that is available for either the Prince Rupert or Terrace office.
The overview of the position notes that the Telecom Manager will partner with CityWest's different business units to turn strategy into action across a number of strategic, operational and transformational technology initiatives.
A minimum of five years of equivalent business experience is required, with Teclo and/or retail experience an asset. Experience in a range of Information Technology processes is also part of the extensive required experience listings.
