City adds to the growing list of job opportunities with more postings for September

Fall it seems will be just as bountiful for civic job seekers as the summer was.

With yet more job opportunities making their way to the City of Prince Rupert Jobs Board this week, with two more positions now being advertised by the City.

The Finance Department will be receiving applications for an Accounts Payable Clerk until September 11th, the unionized position offers a starting wage of 27.20 per hour to start, with a move up to 29.25 per month after a three month probationary period.

The full overview of Duties and Responsibilities and required Qualifications can be found here.

While that job search goes on, Rory Mandryk, the Corporate Administrator is looking for a little help for his department as well. The position of Deputy Corporate Administrator was posted this week, an opportunity to join the City's Senior management team.

The salary and benefit package for the position is described as competitive, while background on that opportunity can be found here.

The Deadline for the Deputy Corporate Administrator position is September 18th.

The latest in job postings join the growing list of current openings ( a search for a Manager of Community Development and Civic Innovation was this weeks marquee opportunity) and recently posted job opportunities for the city's rapidly expanding civic work force at City Hall and through its various departments.

You can review some of the items of note from our story from earlier this week.
